The Walsh Family has been concocting sausages since 1975   and has become a local staple in the community. The Walla Walla Sweet Onion Sausage can be found at various local events and a fixture at the Farmer's Market located downtown. For more information, call (509) 525-8440.

Local restaurant entrepreneurs Tom Maccarone and Jake Crenshaw acquired the space adding their own flair, Olive Marketplace and Café. The cafe menu features a variety sandwiches, house-made pizzas, and a full selection of espresso drinks, beer, and wine, along with breakfast entrees. Olive's Marketplace retail offerings include cured meats, fresh seafood and an assortment of fresh-baked breads and pastries. Outdoor seating is also available.
