Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance
These ideal soil conditions in Walla Walla and long growing days are what give the area the capability to produce such a wide array of wines. As the Walla Walla area gained more popularity for their wines, the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance was formed in the spring of 2001 by a group of wineries. The mission of the alliance is to “support and promote quality and excellence in the Walla Walla Valley wine industry, and to further national and international recognition of the region.” The alliance acts as a gateway into Walla Walla wine and is a comprehensive source for everything about Walla Walla.
Walla Walla Valley Vinea Trust
The Walla Walla Valley Winegrower’s Sustainable Trust is a voluntary group of over 60 winegrowers and wineries that have embraced a covenant with environmental, economic and social sustainability concurrent with their production of grapes and wine. Their mission is to develop and implement a sustainable vineyard management program, synonymous with the Walla Walla Valley, internationally recognized for its strict environmental standards and high quality farming practices.
